Unable to download invoice

The “Download Invoice” action is no longer working in the Event Overview. We recently added the Sucuri Firewall service, and I’m wondering if there is some conflict with the code, but have not identified anything yet.

Hi there,

I’ve just added a test registration on the site to test this and didn’t have any issues download the Invoice, is this happening on a specific event?

Hello, thanks! We were able to nail this down. The custom gateway files had been deleted from the uploads/eventespresso folder.

Ahhh yeah, thats become fairly common with security plugins. THey find a PHP file in /wp-content/uploads/ and just delete it (or worse still empty it and leave the file still there).

It’s one of the reasons we moved away from overriding template files from within /wp-content/ with EE4.
