Unable to download Attendee Mover plugin zip files

I ordered Attendee Mover plugin yesterday, but it won’t let me download the installation files. I get the following error message:
503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.

Please help ASAP – thank you!!
