I have been in test mode. I just went live with our website and cleared all my test registrations and transactions. I have been unable to delete/trash 4 of them. Help please….

Hello,
Go to the transaction and delete any payments from the payments section of the screen.
Then go to the registration for that transaction and trash it.
Then you’ll be able to permanently delete it.

Thank you. I have tried that but have been unable to delete 3 transactions. One gives this error code:
An invalid Registration object was associated with Registration Payment ID# 111.
The other two do not have a trash can and have a negative balance:
Total Amount Due: $-75.00

Is that from attempting to delete the payment within the transaction or viewing the transaction?
