I installed EE4 on my website last night. I setup the event and payment information, but when I run test of the registration system, I am unable to get the attendee information to save and move to the payment screen. I click the button to “Proceed to Payment Options”, the system attempts to connect to the website, the page never changes, and blanks out as if I’m at a new registration.

Hi Tyler,
I can see some errors appearing on the page which may be contributing to what you are seeing.
Have you tried temporarily deactivating other plugins to rule out a conflict?
If it works, then try reactivating a few plugins at a time and the retesting to pinpoint the source of the issue.

Thanks for the reply, Lorenzo.
The only plugins enabled were WP Hide Post and Exclude Pages from Navigation. I disabled both, retested, and the form still does not save and continue.

If it helps, I attempted to enable logging and no logs are being generated whatsoever.

Thanks Tyler. There are two copies of jQuery being loaded. WordPress is loading a current version and your theme is also loading another copy:

This is causing some errors to appear.
I looked at the source for the theme (theme954) and it appears that this is the theme author / creator: http://www.Template-Help.com
Could you check to see if there is an update available for the theme?
If there isn’t, then the next place to check would be the theme’s header file in this location:
/wp-content/themes/theme954/header.php
It may be hard-coded to use its own version of JQuery which is likely outdated. Commenting or removing that line should help.
