New Setup and fresh wordpress install
Setup with EE 4 on
http://staging.members.entrepreneurscircle.org/events/
ISSUE 1 – Select a Qty of ticket e.i 1 then click the Add to “Event cart”
then I click “view Event Cart”
at first, the cart will show as expected with the tickets in the cart.
BUT after several seconds and refresh the page the items disappears.
We have cleared the cache like what the EE forum suggested. but same results.
ISSUE 2 – same as above add an event to the cart then go “view cart”
then proceed to “registration” you will enter your name & email and then get this error after clicking “Proceed”…
…” An error has occured: First name is required value. EE_SPCO_reg_attendee_information – _verify_critical_attendee_details_are_set_and_validate_email – 884″

Hi Mark,
1) I added a ticket to cart, waited 10 seconds, and refreshed the page. The View Cart button was active and on clicking it the event ticket was still in the cart.
Have you tried on a different computer/browser to rule out a localised issue?
2) I cannot confirm it from just looking, but my guess would be it’s due to a clash with the Entrepreneurs Booking Circle plugin, as that is also loading a validation script (same as ours but older).
Can you try disabling that plugin, clear your cache and see if that resolves the issue please?
