Hello Friends!
It’s Alice here. I have a Private Evetn which I made for folks to view but not register. Im not sure how I did this, but it appears as Sold Out, and I do not want to to appear that way because there are no tickets involved. I changed from Sold Out to Draft (unless there is another option) and saved/published but it still reverts to Sold Out no matter what I do. You are always so helpful to me, and I thank you in advance. Hi Alice,
We don’t have access to the admin to view your events using the above link, however you can add screenshots here if you host the image somewhere and post the link for us to view here.

Do you have tickets available within the event? I know you don’t want them to be available to buy but you can do that by disabling the ticket selector within the event – http://take.ms/FopRm
Set that to no to prevent people from registering onto the event.
Then click the publish button, does the status change from sold out?
