Unable to change physcal location on venue

Hi,

I’ve noticed that we’re unable to change our physical location from United States to Canada on the Venue page. Any idea’s why?

Hi there,

Is Canada ‘enabled’ within the Countries for EE?

Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Countries.

Select Canada within the dropdown and wait for the settings to load. Then check that the option ‘Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists’ is set to Yes for Canada.
