Hi, I am trying to change the event/ ticket selection for one of my customers. However, when I click on the button, I get the following message in the server log. Could anyone help? 2980#0: *4246170 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Unknown named parameter $admin_page in /var/www/vhosts/computhink.com.sg/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/admin/EE_Admin_Page.core.php:1184 |

We will try to replicate your issue, Kindly give us more detail about your site. 1. Do you have any custom code related to EE? you can also use loom to do it. thanks |

Just to add on error messages i found >>> Next RuntimeException: Page route "edit_attendee_selections" with the supplied arguments (Extend_Registrations_Admin_Page) threw the following exception: Unknown named parameter $admin_page in /var/www/vhosts/computhink.com.sg/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/admin/EE_Admin_Page.core.php:1192 |

May we know if you had the chance to do basic troubleshooting? Such as disabling other plugin, other than your EE and its add-ons and see if that error still shows up. You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ or any similar plugin. Then activate plugins then go to Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode. That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins whilst in troubleshooting mode. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state. If the error is still there, then please send us your login. https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ thanks. |

Hi there, It looks like the credentials are invalid so I can’t log in, however, looking over the site it looks like you are using Event Espresso 5.0.1.p Please update to the latest version of Event Espresso (currently 5.0.11.p) and see if you run into the same issue. With that specific version number we ran into some issue with server configurations now allowing for the update to show in the dashboard which meant you had to update EE manually. If you go to Dashboard -> Plugins and do now see an update for Event Espresso you will likely need to manually update on this occasion. Grab the latest version from your account page here: https://eventespresso.com/users/computhink/ Then on the site go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin. Select the EE .zip file you just downloaded above and install. WordPress should show a message saying a version already exists and ask if you want to replace it with the version you have just installed. Click to do so. You should now have the latest version, any future updates from here should update through the Dashboard. Do you run into the same issue then? |

The updates for add-ons are controlled through the core plugin (that’s why you can’t update the add-ons currently, core can’t update so neither can the add-ons). So that means you need to update Event Espresso itself manually first, once you do that you should be able to update the add-ons via the update now link (you should NOT need to update the add-ons manually after core). |

Hi Tony and Rio, thank you for your help, I am happy to report that the issue is resolved once I update the plugins manually to the latest version. Cheers, |

Hi David, Thats great! Thank you for keeping us updated (No pun intended 🙂 ) Any further issues just let us know. |
