Unable to auto-update

Using EE4, I am unable to get the update feature to work. I get the error: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

At the top of the screen and when I go to the web site, it shows the right hostname in the section for my key.

I did use duplicator to move the site from wptest.domain.org to http://www.domain.org, but I never activated it on the wptest site. Is there any way to figure this out? Or should I just install the new over the old?

Hi James,

I have reset your license key, you should receive an email with instructions on how to re-assign your key.
