Unable to add logo under General Settings

Hi

I’ve read the topics here already and followed the instructions given but no joy. I’m unable to add a logo under General Settings.

I can upload a logo, I can select a logo from media and even click insert into post and then click save on the page but no logo appears on the page or any receipt or invoice the system sends.

What am I doing wrong???????

Hi there,

An alternative way to add a logo there is you go to WordPress > Media and upload a logo image there. After you upload, it will give you a URL you can copy. Then you copy the URL, go to the Event Espresso > General Settings page, and paste the URL into the Logo field there.
