Unable to add any events to cart

Hi, for some reason we are unable to add any events to the cart. From the event detail page i would proceed to “add to event cart”. It seems to work within the popup cart confirmatino. But when i proceed with registration, it’s telling me that there’s “NOTHING IN YOUR EVENT QUEUE” (empty cart) and another message that says “IT APPEARS YOUR BROWSER IS NOT CURRENTLY SET TO ACCEPT COOKIES”

Has anybody else experienced this issue before? Pls help!

Hi there,

Are you running any caching plugins on the site?

I tried looking at the site linked to your support license however it is currently throwing an internal server error, are you working on the site currently?

Hi Tony, sorry we’re still working on a temporary dev domain. Here’s a sample event that you can try to register to:

I do have W3 Total Cache installed but i’ve tried de-activating it but that didn’t make a difference.

There may be some built in caching that’s preventing the cart from maintaining state from request to the next. I checked the http headers on your site and there are some caching headers listed so even with W3 total cache deactivated there appears to be some server side caching there. The Event Espresso pages must be served dynamically and not from a cache to allow the cart to function.
