Hi,
I’ve just installed the UK Counties pack. I’ve gone to general settings and selected UK as the company’s country and ‘London’ in the State/Province select field, so all works fine there. However the issue is when editing or creating a new venue I can’t select UK as a country (only Canada and USA) and the counties are also not displaying in the physical address block.

Hi there,
If you navigate to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Countries.
You’ll find a dropdown that allows you to select a country and edit the settings for the specific country.
If you select the UK you’ll then find the option ‘Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists’, is that set to Yes for the UK?

If not enable it and Save the settings.
Also do you see all of the UK counties on that page? (You should now you have installed the counties pack)
You can also select the US or Canada in that dropdown and set the above option to ‘No’ if you want to remove them from the dropdowns you only want the UK.
