Turn Off Registration for general events

Hi I would like to add a holiday that doesn’t require registration to my calendar.

WP Version 4.0
EE4 is 4.4.0
New installation

Here is a video of what I would like to be able to do:

Hi,

You can do that by setting the ticket selector to no through the event editor:
