We did set the notifications to “NO”, but customer still getting the payment pending email notification.
Is there any way to stop it to send the payment reminder email?
If you set the ‘Trigger Notifications’ setting (this one – http://take.ms/5BW96) to No when moving the registration they shouldn’t be getting the Pending Payment notification.
The registration will be set to pending payment but unless your triggering the notifications after that have been moved the Pending Payment email should not send.
Can you post the full steps you are taking whem moving the registration?
Which version of the Attendee mover add-on are you using?
