We are currently on 4.1.10.reg and trying to get to the newest code using one button upgrade but it keeps failing. We have the Business licenses and it is registered to the site we are trying to update. Please let us know how we can resolve this.
I’ve just reset your Support License Key ending in 59. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.
If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.
