trying to upgrade

We are currently on 4.1.10.reg and trying to get to the newest code using one button upgrade but it keeps failing. We have the Business licenses and it is registered to the site we are trying to update. Please let us know how we can resolve this.

Hi Charlie,

I’ve just reset your Support License Key ending in 59. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

Let me know if you are able to update.

This is still not working. As soon as the key is redone then the auto update disappears. please advise.

Hi Charlie, I’ve deactivated your support license key and created a new one ending in 2a.

Please try that new support license key which is available from your Event Espresso account:

that is working now. The new thing that showed up after upgrade was that it added 3 dollar processing fee to all costs. Where can I adjust that?

This could be a processing fee that you added for a specific ticket or through the pricing screen for Event Espresso.

Check the advanced options for a ticket within the Event Editor.

Also take a look at the pricing screen.
