Hi there – great product, but Im having difficulty using my free support license on my site using EE Decaf. The site is http://signifyingscriptures.org/ and when i put the license in there it shows the red key symbol. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi there Daniel,
The support license key is not needed for Event Espresso 4 decaf as it received updates through the WordPress plugins directory.
You should be able to backup your site and then upgrade through the WordPress Plugins screen (WP-admin –> Plugins) or through Dashboard Updates (WP-admin –> Dashboard –> Updates).

I am pretty sure I uploaded the decaf version – but it is asking for a license key to upgrade.

Hi Daniel, did you have a support license (https://eventespresso.com/pricing/?ee_ver=ee4) for Event Espresso 4 in the past?
If not, try deactivating and removing Event Espresso 4. Then search for Event Espresso 4 decaf through your WP dashboard and install and activate it.
