EventEspresso does not appear in my nav.
Also, I cannot add a ‘new’ event
and when I go into setting up payment methods I get the error “You do not have access to this route”
PHP Version is: 7.2.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.2
Wordpress Version is: 5.2.4
MySQL is: 5.7.27-0ubuntu0.18.04.1

Hi there,
Sounds like some of the capabilities are missing on your account.
Can you access Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data?
If you can’t see that menu item, go to :
{domain}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings&action=data_reset

Click on the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button only (others will delete data so double-check you click the correct button).
Can you now access the payment methods section?
