As a not for profit its important for us to have a couple of options for our events.
If an event costs 30 we have a ticket for 30 that is the ticket price for that event.
We have an option for people to select a ticket for 0 as part of a fund that we have set up to cover the cost of people coming to events.
We do have a google form we use to track and ask them a couple of questions, if the event is a higher cost then there is an application process to access the funds.
I was wondering if there was an option to send out a different email if someone selected the 0 ticket instead of the 30 ticket.
The option to send out a different email actually gets set for each event. So one way to use that feature is you set the other ticket to have its own event.
Okay, is there a way to display the description of the ticket in the confirmation email? I could add the link to the google form there.
Can I set up the event in such a away that if you were to select the $30 ticket you would be auto approved, but if you selected the 0 ticket you arnt auto approved till an admin goes in and approves you. And is there a way to set up emails based on if you are on the wait list vs approved?

Yes, in the message templates editor there’s a [TICKET_LIST] section you can edit, and you can use the [TICKET_DESCRIPTION] short code in that section.

Default registration status can be set per event, not per ticket.

There’s a “Registration Not Approved” message type that gets sent out when the registration needs admin approval. There’s also a “Registration Approved” message type that gets sent out when the registration is approved.
