Hello. We attempted to renew our subscription from the account page after logging in and received this message :

“If you purchase this product (EE4 Personal License) you will be downgrading from your current license. This means you will lose access to the following products from your previous license:

Not sure what this means as we do not wish to downgrade, just want to renew what we have. We are set to expire by 7/19. Would appreciate help as soon as superhumanly possible. Thank you!

They will be able to answer any of your account questions privately and provide you with some options including removing your unwanted software and creating a new discount code for your support license renewal.
