Trying to delete test registrations that used Paypal Sandbox id's

I’m prompted to remove the transaction before I can delete a registration. I want to delete a number of test registrations I created using Paypal sandbox id’s. Please point me to instructions on how remove the transactions, then remove the registrations. Thanks.

Hi Valerie, go to each transaction in the transactions overview screen. Then when viewing an individual record, scroll to the payments area which is about mid-way on the screen. Click on the trashcan icon to remove the payment.

Then repeat this process for other transactions.

You’ll then be able to trash and permanently delete these registrations.
