Old site using EE Version 3.1.36.6.P
New site EE version : Version 4.6.19.p

Everything coming through, Events, Categories, everything, Except attendees.

What could be the problem?

Also having problems with

But i think its not a problem, just mentioning, maybe this could cause the attendee importing problem?

I really need to solve this somehow. Please help

Hi Kish,

The last section means that some of the really old attendee records were deleted a while ago, so it can’t migrate the answers to those deleted attendee records.

I can suggest starting with a backup of the database from before the migration. Then update the site from 3.1.36 to 3.1.37. Also, please be sure that when you run the migration you have all other plugins deactivated. You can also add the following to your wp-config.php file:

define( 'EE_MIGRATION_STEP_SIZE', 5);

The smaller migration step size will help if the server is timing out/hitting memory limits during the migration.

Hi Josh,

thanks for the suggestion, Updating to EE3 latest, and EE4 latest, helped actually.

Many thanks.

Hi Kish, is this issue resolved? If so, could you update the status to resolved?

Thanks

Lorenzo
