Old site using EE Version 3.1.36.6.P Everything coming through, Events, Categories, everything, Except attendees. What could be the problem? |

Tried the migration few times, there is a warning log, when migrating EE3 to Ee4.1 there is a lot of : attendee problems EVT_ID => 2754 (%d), ATT_ID => 3096 (%d), TXN_ID => 39 (%d), TKT_ID => 44 (%d), STS_ID => RAP (%s), REG_date => 2014-11-04 17:18:58 (%s), REG_final_price => 10.00 (%f), REG_session => 2f2aq6j6g3q8s6k0vq003ocac4-545917751e2a00.74146622 (%s), REG_code => 28-5459184b8d98d (%s), REG_url_link => 28-5459184b8d98d-1 (%s), REG_count => 2 (%d), REG_group_size => 2 (%d), REG_att_is_going => 1 (%d), REG_deleted => (%d) All different EVT_ID, and Attendees. And in registrations list my last attendee is 29th of Jan. Also having problems with Could not find new registrations for old attendee 15 when creating answer {“id”:”43″,”registration_id”:”1-53e897507b174″,”attendee_id”:”15″,”question_id”:”1″,”answer”:”Spyros”} But i think its not a problem, just mentioning, maybe this could cause the attendee importing problem? I really need to solve this somehow. Please help |
Hi Kish, The last section means that some of the really old attendee records were deleted a while ago, so it can’t migrate the answers to those deleted attendee records. I can suggest starting with a backup of the database from before the migration. Then update the site from 3.1.36 to 3.1.37. Also, please be sure that when you run the migration you have all other plugins deactivated. You can also add the following to your wp-config.php file:
The smaller migration step size will help if the server is timing out/hitting memory limits during the migration. |

Hi Josh, thanks for the suggestion, Updating to EE3 latest, and EE4 latest, helped actually. Many thanks. |
Hi Kish, is this issue resolved? If so, could you update the status to resolved? Thanks — |
