Its been awhile since I’ve used Event Espresso, but I remember you could create questions and include the prices in dropdown menus. I’m having trouble even getting the questions to show after I check off the question group and update. I’m just seeing a single calendar icon and that’s all. When I really want my form to look like: http://www.myatp.org/2017-atp-conference-registration/
Also can CSS be used to adjust the layout and formatting of the form to closely match the example I provided?

Hi there,
The registration questions in Event Espresso 4 will appear after you select a ticket quantity and proceed to the next step. CSS can be used to adjust/layout and formatting. I can advise getting in touch with a front end developer to help you with that.
