Hi, I read this post because I’m having the same trouble (don’t want the shopping cart to end up in my sidebar, need it to end up in my “mini” menu at the top right hand side of each webpage):

I attempted to add a custom menu item and use the following link to direct folks back to a cart after they have navigated away from their initial registration page:
livingartsschool.com/event-registration/?regevent_action=show_shopping_cart
It shows up as Cart in the menu, but goes to a 404 error page. Any ideas?
