Hi, I’ve purchased EE4, but it seems that I don’t have an active support license. Therefore I’m unable to update my EE to 4.4.5.
I don’t want to purchase support, as I’ve already purchased the product, and should have a year of free support, is that right?
I had created an account prior to purchase to test drive EE, and maybe that is the conflict? Could someone at EE please contact me to help me get this sorted out?
Your purchase is actually for a support license. It sounds like it may be under a different account (different email).
