Hello,
I have gone tru your topics, but can not find an example of an online registration form. What I need :
– one person can book different races for different people.
– ability to fill individual form (with age, choosen race….)
– ability to choose among different races which are at different prices. Calculating the total price.
– Ability to upload documents (like medical document…) when registration is done.
– ….
Thank you for your answer.
Sorry for my poor english, I am french and BTW volunter for this event : http://www.defi-des-argouses.com/
Thank you in advance,
Kind regards,
Arnaud

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso. You can testdrive EE4 for free over at http://demoee.org. Also you can check out our customer showcase here (a mix of EE3 and EE4): https://eventespresso.com/showcase

– one person can book different races for different people.

Yes, you can set it up so that more than one person can be registered for in an event.

– ability to fill individual form (with age, choosen race….)

There are two options: only the Primary Attendee (usually the person registering) fills out their details, or all attendee data must be filled out.

The plugin requires a name and email for each attendee, after that it is up to you, you can set whatever questions you like, make them required if necessary.

– ability to choose among different races which are at different prices.

These could be tickets or individual events. Now this is a little tricky as it’s dependant upon the version of EE.

In EE3 you would need to use the Multiple Event Registration addon to allow people to select multiple events and tickets.

EE4 allows multiple tickets selection by default but cannot currently add more than one event at a time.

Calculating the total price.

Yes.

– Ability to upload documents (like medical document…) when registration is done

No. Neither versions allow file uploads currently.

– features are included in the personnal version ?

Not for EE3, you would need the Business licence or to buy Multiple Event Registration addon separately.

EE4 personal should cover you but remember that multiple event registration is not currently possible.

I would highly recommend test driving EE4 and see if it fits your needs – http://demoee.org

Hi Dean,
thank you for this quick answer.
It seems that internal links do not work (create a new event on http://demoee.org/)
I have applied for a test here https://eventespresso.com/pricing/test-drive-event-espresso-4/ and will check it out.
In case this is fine, may I ask you if you do special price for non profit organiszation ? (the event is organized by an association with only volonters, this is not a company)
Thank you,
Regards,
Arnaud

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know! I will get that looked at.

We do provide a first time purchase discount for non profits, see here: https://eventespresso.com/contact/non-profit-discounts/

Renewals are already discounted so there is no further discount on licence renewal.

Hello,
Thank you.
I’ve gone tru and it seems really nice.
On last question : for the basic feature I need, do I need to program or not ?
The process will be : one event (one day one place) with different options (for kids, for adults, with or without insurance ==> so different prices).
The user will choose what suits him, enter his email, his adress and other data. And then start to register for him self and may be other people, each time providing name, firstname, age….
Then this will calculate the total price. Payment will be done thanks to bank transfer.
User will receive a first email with information and guidelines. Once the payment is received, then a second email will be sent when confirming the registration.
Also possibility to cancel a registration later on…
So, thank again for your patience reading all this, and waiting for your answer. I hope all this is feasible without programming.
Kind regards,
Arnaud

Hi,

You do not need any programming to achieve the above.

The user will choose what suits him, enter his email, his adress and other data. And then start to register for him self and may be other people, each time providing name, firstname, age….

The info info into the first ticket when registering is used the Primary attendee record. You can request additional information for each attendee if you wish.

They then select the payment method and finalize the registration.

At this point the Primary attendee will recieve a ‘Pending Payment’ email (which you can edit)

Once the payment is received, then a second email will be sent when confirming the registration.

The payment will need to be applied manually by the Event Admin, when doing so you can send the emails relating to the registration. For example when applying the payment and Approving the registration, the Registration Approve email is sent.

Also possibility to cancel a registration later on…

Currently the Event Admin will need to cancel the registration, the user can not do it themselves.

Hope that helps.

Hi Arnaud,

The error message you see means you need to change the date format to one of the supported date formats outlined in this guide:
