Hi
See the attached screenshots. We are in the process of translating this site to Mandarin but need to know where I can find specific text in EE in order to make the necessary changes. Any english text on the screen shots is what I need access too in order to make the changes.

Hi Terry,
You can use poedit or even head over to our GlotPress site and run searches for any of the strings that need translation.
Here’s an example of a search result for one of the strings from your screenshot:
