Hi, |
Hi Emil, could you provide a copy of your current PO file? You can upload via a service like Tinygrab or Getcloudapp and then link to it here. The strings that you mentioned would be translated via your PO file. Content within the messages would be translated via those individual message types. There isn’t a way to quickly copy over translated information through the different messages at this time. — |

Hi Lorenzo, I’ve checked again the translations and found some strings I didn’t catch the first time. I’ve translated them on glotpress, uploaded the new mo and po files, and now they show on the frontend, but not all of them. |

Hi Emil, Is it the Goes on Sale: found in the ticket selector? Screenshot http://take.ms/PnOSw |

Hi Dean, Interestingly, the string is not translated in one position inside the ticket selector in the Event Page, and translated in another position of the same ticket selector / event page, see screenshots: |
Hi Emil, I found the issue. That string is available under a different line and I updated it using the existing translation. You can get the latest PO and MO files from here (click to start download): Then rename to: event_espresso-ro_RO.po event_espresso-ro_RO.mo Then upload them to this location: /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages — |

Hello again Emil, We are changing the way that we handle localization and internalization for Event Espresso to make some improvements. Part of that is creating a new guide that takes you from enabling a local language through your WordPress site to translating Event Espresso and enabling those PO and MO files on your site. https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-translate-event-espresso/ We would appreciate feedback on it — especially on any areas that may be confusing. Also, we are planning on creating video tutorials but we want to make sure that the article is easy to understand. Thanks — |
