Need to translate the string “Registration Details” and remove “edit” link in receipt html. I already translated “Registration Details: %s” in po file, without effect.

Hi there,
You do that within the Receipt message template.
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates (tab) -> Receipt.
Look within the TICKET_LIST section and you will find the details there – http://take.ms/BnIrH
"Registration Details: %s" is a different string and will not effect the string your are requesting to change, however a note about message templates and translations. When you activate EE the template is generated and saved to the database, at that time if any translations are in place they will be used when generating the template. After the template has been generated making changes to the PO/MO files will NOT alter the text within the templates unless you ‘reset’ the templates to force them to regenerate.
