I would like to translate the confirmation message that pops up when resending the registration e-mail.

Have you downloaded the latest version of the PO files from https://translate.eventespresso.com ?
That string is available for translation if you use the latest version:

I recently downloaded the latest version from GlotPress. Strangely though this string is not available in my .po file. I don’t know why. I added it manually to my .po file and it is working now. Thanks.
