Transferring a license

We have just completed an event and will have no need for Event Espresso on that site any more. Can I legally move that license to another site?

Sure.

Remove the license key from that site and save the settings with a blank field.

After that request a reset on the key from your account page, once thats gone through you can use the key on another site.
