Transferred support key not working

Hello. I have transferred my support key, but it is not working. It was previously on tapandtable.com and I have moved it to mbwomenincontruction.ca I have followed all of the instructions given but it is not working. It is also not allowing me to activate the calendar plugin which my client really wants.

Please let me know what else I can do.

Hi Rachel,

I have reset your license key.

You’ll need to go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving.

You will also receive an email with these instructions.

However, the license key will not prevent the Calendar plugin to activate, this will be due to another issue.

Is there an error message shown when you activate the Calendar?
