How do I transfer a registration and all supporting payment details from one event to a later event? We have a client that registered for a class but something came up. They would like to go to another event at a later date.
Let us know the easiest way to take care of this.
You can cancel the existing registration and then create a new one through Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of the event and click on Registrations.
On the next page, click on Add New Registration and then complete the registration. You may want to remove the option to send registration details (yellow box).
Then go to the transactions screen and add a payment for the full amount with a description of:
Event Admin – adjustment – switching ticket
Then you can send the new registration to the attendee/registration and apply the payment.

Can we add an additional status (i.e. transferred) to the ‘Change Registration Status? on the ‘Delete Payment/Refund for Transaction #xx’ form? If so, please let us know how to do it.
