Transfer Registrant and Amount Paid to Another Event

When we move someone out of a class, we use the ‘transfer’ feature button. It moves the registrant(s) and seemingly works properly. However, if the registrant was part of a group of people that were registered at the same time, the revenue is not distributing properly on the downloaded report and total SALES number for each class.

Example 1:
If we transfer a registrant (whether an individual or from a group of registrants), the entire “transaction amount due” stays lumped together with the primary registrant. So if primary registrant transfers, their revenue transfers to the new class AND stays in the old class.

Example 2:
If someone in a group transfers, same issue and the entire “transaction amount due” stays lumped together with primary registrant in the old class and the ticket purchase amount for the registrant doesn’t transfer to the new class.

This causes an improper calculation for the class they just left and the new class in our event sales reports since the revenue is not distributing properly on the downloaded report affecting the total SALES number for each class and we have to do manual reconcilliations but this is not ideal

To clarify, the attendee mover works as expected in the EE dashboard but the CSV downloads for events do not show the transfer of reg cost to the new event in the csv download for that event.
