My client is having problems transferring participants – Please see below
Are you able to assist what the issue could be ?
I’m unable to transfer participants from one course to another. Could it have something to do with the ticket exchange add in/attendee mover on Event espresso. I suspect this may have been impacted by the recent updates?
As an example, I’m trying to exchange Simon Austin from the Perth course to the Barossa course and when I try to select a new event, no options area available.
I’m moving up to 10 people a day, so I really need this. Any ideas?
The attendee mover add-on uses the REST API to pull in the data for the dropdowns and looking at the site linked to your license it looks like the REST API is throwing a fatal error.

If you check your servers error logs, does it show a fatal error from around the time you load the page?
