Transfer license from domain to domain

We made a new website and need to move the license key – how can I do this?
This is what I am told:
Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.

Hi there,

Remove the key from the first site and save the settings.

Request a reset on your key through your account page.

Once that goes through you add the key to your new site and save the settings.
