Hi,

I have done a real transaction test with credit card payment in my site. The process are correct and i have received the payment email confirmation and the printable ticket too. The problem is in the thank you page where the transaction is listed as pending, and same problem in the admin transactions page it is listed as pending.

I’m doing the migration from ee3 to ee4 and i have no changes in the redsys configuration… Can that be the problem?

thanks

Hello,

You can migrate from Event Espresso 3 to Event Espresso 4 and your events and attendees and other information would be migrated over:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-upgrade-event-espresso/#migrate-to-event-espresso-4

Was the payment method for Redsys re-written for Event Espresso 4?

We have documentation for writing a payment gateway for Event Espresso 4 here:

http://developer.eventespresso.com/docs/ee4-payment-method-development/

Hi Lorenzo,

The payment method for redsys is not re-written, is the original. I think the problem is with the url ok (where the tpv sends the parameters after user payment). Can you let me an example of “url, url ok and url ko” to configure redsys plis?

Thanks

We do not have a RedSys payment method for EE4, so which one are you using?

Can you let me an example of “url, url ok and url ko” to configure redsys plis?

They are unique for each transaction and dynamical passed with the payment (if the payment method supports this, most do)

If the payment method uses a separate IPN to inform your site of payment that would go to your /transactions/ page, however again it needs to pass parameters to that that URL.

If RedSys simply post the user back you your site that would briefly hit the /registration-checkout/ page and then be directed to the thank you page.

As we do not support the redsys payment method for EE4 we can’t advise any further as we don’t know how it is setup.
