I have an event with about 26 ticketed items, when a user goes over 12 tickets it appears that the url directing the transaction to paypal is truncated or no coded correctly in some way, what we get is a white page on paypal
i have tried multiple things, enabling IPN on the paypal site, changing the transaction page template on my site, configuring a ssl certificate so that transactions can come back all this to no avail.
my transactions are not even making it to paypal. can someone please direct me in the right direction to correct this.
Yes an order of 12 ticketed items or less transfers over successfully to PayPal and updates payment status and registration for user. Anything over fails completely.
Thanks for the update. Can you re-send the redeem a support token form and be sure to include temporary (S)FTP credentials?
