Hi,
That looks like an email sent from your payment processor as opposed to one sent by Event Espresso.
Can you tell me which payment gateways do you currently have active?

Hi Tony, thanks for the reply.
The payment gateway I use is paypal. However the paypal account is owned by my client so she gets any paypal confirmations. The only place my email address could possibly be in wordpress as an admin person.
