I have traced the error back and it seems that it started to happen when I migrated from Event Espresso 3 to EE4 |

Hi, Before we go to investigate the site in question, does the site have an active support license? The reason I ask is because the site attached to the support license for this account is a different site than the one you sent access to. |

OK, thanks for the update. We’ve transferred the key from your other account to this account. With regards to the issue in this topic, I’m afraid I cannot access the WP-admin side of your site. It’s showing a 500 internal server error if I try to go to the site’s wp-login.php page. Can you take care of that then let us know when it’s working again? |

The site is working now, thank you. It appears that all of the price types had been trashed or repurposed into other price types. I’ve mostly cleaned things up by setting the price types back to the original defaults. Going forward any new registrations will not have receipts that include VAT and surcharge numerous times. There’s still one odd thing happening when adding a new event where there’s a “VAT” Discount Price Modifier that’s automatically added to the ticket, which may be an artifact of the settings getting reworked. We probably need to get database access to fix that. If you can send FTP access (or temporary cpanel access) via the secure form on this page: We can get that artifact removed. |
