Transaction problems after installing securi firewall

After install of Securi firewall approved transactions show up as “abandoned” as if they did not process. Consumer complaints that process gets hung up when they put in billing info. No confirmation sent to customer so they don’t know if transaction went through. Perhaps there’s a cache issue?

Hi,

I’m not familiar with how the Securi firewall works. Does it include caching? If so they maybe the caching part can be deactivated.

Hi,

Since you’re a customer of Sucuri, you’ll need to open a support ticket with Sucuri since the trouble started after installing Sucuri firewall.
