Transaction Issues While LogIn via User Integration

While Log In via User Integration, and once a first transaction has been successfully completed, user tries to return to purchase another event and when the Proceed to registration button is presses it jumps to the Thank You Congratulations window. No matter which event one tries to purchase it does the same or it shows the following error:
An error has occurred:
You have attempted to purchase 1 ticket but that would result in too many tickets in the Event Cart for this event.
The registration limit for this event is 10 tickets per transaction, therefore the total number of tickets you may purchase at any time can not exceed 10.

We have checked both My Account and the Admin dashboard an verified that the user has not exceeded purchases.

We have been unable to test the system nor make purchases due to this problem.

This is the latest on a series of bugs and problems that have prevented timely launch of this platform. Hereby request immediate attention. Thanks.

Lo mismo ocurre si le doy a Preview Cart, o si trato de adquirir cualquier otro tipo de boleto.
