I don’t know much about it other than the person registering was signing up for a lot of events and one of the admins was trying to remove their extra registrations. They might have been un-registering the person… at the same time? Before everything was settled, maybe?
In that particular case it would be better to set a registration status as “cancelled” instead of trashing the registration because there are other registrations in that same transaction and it’s best to avoid trashing entities that have related data you want to keep (like their other registrations).
I see. Not sure why a db row can end up with 0 id and cause Exceptions to be thrown by using normal UI elements. But, that’s good advice to do soft deletes.
