transaction / apply payment – no dropdown to change status

no payment status dropdown / or change registration status dropdown…

this is supposed to be for verifying bank transfers… right?
i want to mark this as paid…

Hi Clifford,

Just to confirm this is EE4, correct?

You can apply/edit payments from within the transaction, not only Bank Transfer but any Payment Method you have enabled (which has Admin Payments enabled)

If you have a registration in which a user has paid using Bank Transfer, you need to ‘Apply’ that payment to the transaction, this will automatically update the transaction status and gives you the option of changing the registration status.

Within the transaction click the apply payment – http://take.ms/fk93R

Set up the various options, check the ticketbox if you want to send the related emails to the registrant (registration approved messages) – http://take.ms/H2EMC

When you installed Event Espresso, did you do this through the Plugin manager?(Plugins -> Add new -> Upload Plugin)

Can I take a look at the transactions screen? If so please send temporary login details using this form:

Hi Clifford,

I deactivated all plugins and reactivated then individually and the issue cleared up. I did notice that you had Event Espresso 4 decaf running.

I removed it and enabled Event Espresso 4.

Could you retest?

uh… the transaction is still set to incomplete… i tried to cancel with the drop down.

transaction status – unchanged.. but all else works.

Hi, the transaction status works separately from the registrant status. The transaction status should move to complete (green) once the balance is zero.

For example, if someone owed $100 and you applied $100, then it should move to complete.

If you are seeing something different then try removing the existing payment and temporarily deactivating other plugins. Then apply the payment again and check the transaction status.
