Tracking of mobile number or id for scan

Dear Support,

we would like to track a mobile id or mobile number at scanning and checking in. We had last year 6 to 8 mobile phones with scanning EE apps on them.

How can we achieve it?

Hi there,

If I understand correctly, you’ll need custom development for this.

So to clarify, you want to log the mobile id/mobile number of the device used to check a ticket in? So you know who checked who in at the gate?

What I would do is give each user of the device their own WP User account and then tack the user account the made the request rather than the mobile ID (which I’m sure how you get from each request). However, Event Espresso doesn’t have any of the functionality built in so you’ll need some custom development for the above with the help of a developer.
