Hi, we are using the addons for infusionsoft and promotions with EE4 and I was wondering if its possible, or if you know any way we could track who uses certain promotion codes in infusionsoft when registering? Something like tagging or custom field of some sort?
Usually if we sell products in infusionsoft you can search for who uses that promotion code, so need a way to mirror the same.

Hi there,
Yes you can. The Promotions get passed to Infusionsoft and IS will set a Product and an Order Item. So for example let’s say you have a percentage promotion that’s 10% off and the promo code’s name is Example. You can go to your Infusionsoft dashboard and do an advanced search for contacts (Misc Criteria tab) where you input “Percent Promotion Example” into the Purchased Products field.
