Track down PayPal Payments Pro Error?

I have two customers that have called complaining about not being able to use their credit card on our site. Unfortunately, they couldn’t give me any information as to what error they saw or anything like that.

Are there payment logs either in Event Espresso or on our PayPal business account, that I can see what happened during the transaction??

PayPal support should be able to review recent transaction errors with you.
