I have found this selection which allows you to remove the “Ticket Sale Info” from displaying. However, it removes all ticket sale info. I actually desire for the quantity sold and remaining to appear. The “Total Sold” quantity appears to calculated how many tickets were sold for the entire event, not just that ticket. So, this number doesn’t make any sense.

For instance, I have two tickets, one of which is unlimited and one of which only has a quantity of two. After I sell three of the unlimited tickets, the ticket details for my limited quantity ticket show 0 sold, 2 remaining, and 3 total sold. Ideally, I’d like for just “Total Sold” to not be displayed. Possible?

I’m also confused regarding this ‘limited ticket’ when it says “Total Spaces Left” as “unlimited”. It would be logical to me that this ticket should display only 1 left after I’ve sold 1. Where is this amount/setting determined from? It seems to be looking at tickets for the entire event, not just the amount left for that ticket?

Can you post a link to the event in question? It sounds like the datetime registration limits might be overriding what you’ve set for Ticket Quantity. Which, they’re designed to do that because you can have several different tickets linked to a single datetime, and whatever limit is set for the datetime will be enforced to avoid overbooking.

Look particularly at the Gold Sponsor Add-On Lunch Presentation Ticket. You will see 1 sold, 1 remaining, 3 total sold, and unlimited total remaining. This ticket is set up with a quantity of “2”.

OK, so here’s what’s going on:

There’s only one datetime for the entire event. So everything that’s being displayed is expected because the Total sold for that datetime is the value you’ll see there.

If you want the total sold field to show the total sold for that ticket, each ticket must be associated with its own datetime. You can add more datetimes (and label them clearly to help avoid confusion) then check/uncheck the boxes next to the related ticket.

That seemed to correct the Sold, Remaining, and Total Sold fields, thank you.

What is the Total Spaces Left supposed to show/mean? It still shows “unlimited” for all tickets.

If the related Datetime REG Limit field & or ticket QTY field is left blank you’ll see “unlimited” there. If you set limits for those it will no longer display “unlimited” in that table cell.
