Can the Top Event Registration plugin send e-mail notifications to the online shopper, once he/she has abandoned the purchase process (before payment in cart)?
We want the plugin to send e-mail notifications to both the shopper and website owner, so he/she would also know when a shopper left the cart without completing the purchase process.
Event Espresso will send out a pending registration email as soon as a registration is submitted. This email has a link to complete payment for registration.
If they complete the registration, then they will also receive a confirmation email of their registration with a link to any tickets.
