This is getting ridiculous! I purchased a token over a week ago and the work i need done is still not completed. I need mapping done between Event Espresso and Infusionsoft. What do i need to do to get this task completed? Sidney has been working on this…. I don’t mean to be a jerk but this is becoming extremely annoying and time consuming. Until this is completed all the registrations are going in to Infusionsoft and Quickbooks incorrectly and need to be manually corrected. I need this job prioritized and completed this morning. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!

Hi Lara,

I will check with Sidney on the progress of the work he’s done so far and send you an email with more details about what we need in order to complete this project as it has grown in scope beyond the original request.

Generally we do not take on custom development projects for support tokens because custom projects like this one tend to require more involvement than what we can handle in 30-90 minutes of support time. This is why we state on the Priority support token page that

Priority support tokens are intended for core Event Espresso products, NOT for creating/modifying/supporting custom development.

This project looked like something we could finish up quickly so we make an exception and we tried to be very generous with our time to get this done for you. It turns out that we have worked well beyond the 30 minutes of priority support time that was purchased. Again, I will follow up with you with an email after I have more information about what it will take to complete this project.
