Title/Feature Image not Showing

The title and featured image are not showing on my event page. I use the Astra theme and have already contacted their support. I provided them with my login information so they have already investigated everything from their end. They are telling me its an Event Espresso issue and that I need to contact you for a solution. Can you please help? How do I get my login information to you privately?

Hi,

I can’t think of a valid reason why they would say this is an Event Espresso issue.

In any case, you can make it so the title and feature image both display by unchecking the boxes shown in the following screenshot:

The Astra Settings box is within the event editor page. If you do not see the Astra Settings box, you can click on the Screen Options tab (of that same event editor page) and check the checkbox next to Astra Settings.

Josh- Those boxes were already unchecked. Can I please provide you with my login info and you can see for yourself?

Hi,

Here’s how to get the title and featured images to display when using the Astra theme:

You go to your site’s Dashboard > Appearance > Astra Options page, then click Blog Layouts. This will open the Customizer, where you’ll click the Single Post item that appears in the Customizer navigation.

Then, under “Structure”, you’ll click the “eye” icon that appears next to Featured Image and Title & Blog Meta. Then you’ll click Publish.

If you can contact Astra support it would be helpful to let them know they should probably update their documentation because single posts are not necessarily blog posts.
